DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Damaged items made by yourself, including those damaged during transit, will not be accepted for return.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Centurion Concrete Products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and that returns for bespoke items, including bespoke gates, fence panels, as well as postmix and gloves, are not accepted under any circumstances.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us and we will provide you with a returns number and instructions on how to proceed.
